Summer Reading Buddies

Everybody needs a buddy!

Program Description

Summer Reading Buddies provides FREE literacy sessions for children who will be entering first and second grades in the FALL of 2026. (*Exceptions may be made for students entering 3rd grade if the child demonstrates a high academic need. Contact us for more information.) Volunteer tutors will meet with students for personalized reading sessions to support their literacy skills and share the joy of reading.  These 45-minute sessions are held twice a week and supervised by a RRSC Reading Program Site Facilitator.

Registration forms, dates, and locations will be added in the spring. Please check back!
